SILLABUS
ll progetto SILLABUS, finanziato dal Fondo Europeo di Sviluppo Regionale e Interreg V-A Italia-Austria 2014-2020,è nato con l'obiettivo di definire, attraverso una serie di attività di analisi comparata, formazione e sperimentazione, dei modelli di intervento innovativi in ambito sociale e socio-sanitario per l'individuazione di politiche condivise nell'area transfrontaliera al fine di sostenere, favorire e creare le condizioni base per una inclusione sociale delle persone con disabilità in diversi aspetti della vita, con particolare interesse al mondo del tempo libero, della cultura, della natura, del turismo e al mondo del lavoro.
A partire dalla Convenzione dell'ONU sui diritti delle persone con disabilità e alla quale si rifà la Strategia europea sulla disabilità 2014-2020, adottata dalla Commissione europea nel 2010, e contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi della Agenda 2030 dell'ONU in merito allo sviluppo sostenibile dei territori (Goal 10 e contributo ai Goal 11 e 8), i partner rappresentativi delle tre aree, mirano a stabilire una cooperazione istituzionale sviluppando e condividendo modelli integrati a sostegno e supporto della partecipazione attiva delle persone con disabilità.
Questo è stato attuato grazie alle competenze ed expertise dei Centri per l'impiego della provincia di Belluno e dell'AULSS n.1 Dolomiti nei modelli di occupabilità, inserimento nel mondo del lavoro ed abbattimento delle barriere sociali e culturali, del GAL Regionale del Comune di Asiago nell'abbattimento delle barriere fisiche per rendere beni e servizi accessibili alle persone con disabilità
Veneto Lavoro, ha collaborato come partner del progetto, attraverso i CPI presenti in provincia di Belluno, alla realizzazione delle attività a sostegno dell'inclusione socio lavorativa e a supporto delle persone con disabilità. In particolare, ha collaborato fattivamente con il Lead Partner (AULSS n.1 Dolomiti) per avviare e completare un processo condiviso, con tutti i principali stakeholders del mondo istituzionale, economico e sociale del territorio, finalizzato a costruire un modello di accreditamento per le aziende che sviluppano buone e rilevanti pratiche di inclusione lavorativa.

The SILLABUS project, financed by the European Regional Development Fund and Interreg VA Italy-Austria 2014-2020, aimed of defining, through a series of comparative analysis, training and experimentation activities, innovative intervention models in the field social and socio-health care for the identification of shared policies in the cross-border area in order to enhance and develop the basic conditions for the social inclusion of people with disabilities focusing on life’s aspects such as spare time, culture, nature, tourism and work as well.
Taking into account the UN convention on the rights of people with disability, followed by the European Strategy on disability 2014-2020 adopted by the European Commission in 2010, and contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the Targets sat by the UN 2030 Agenda on sustainable development of the areas (Goal 10 and contribution to Goal 11 and 8),the partners representing the three areas aim to establish an institutional cooperation developing and sharing integrated models to support the active inclusion of the people with disability.
This has been implemented thanks to the skills and expertise of the Employment Centers of the province of Belluno and the AULSS n.1 Dolomiti in the models of employability, labour market inclusion and elimination of social and cultural barriers, the GAL RegioL and the Municipality of Asiago in the removal of physical barriers to make goods and services accessible to people with disability.

Das Projekt SILLABUS, das vom Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung und Interreg V-A Italien-Österreich 2014-2020 finanziert wird, wurde mit dem Ziel ins Leben gerufen, durch eine Reihe von Aktivitäten der vergleichenden Analyse, der Ausbildung und der Erprobung innovative Interventionsmodelle im sozialen und sozio-gesundheitlichen Bereich für die Identifizierung gemeinsamer Politiken im grenzüberschreitenden Raum zu definieren, um die Grundvoraussetzungen für eine soziale Eingliederung von Menschen mit Behinderungen in verschiedenen Lebensbereichen zu unterstützen, zu fördern und zu schaffen, mit besonderem Interesse an der Welt der Freizeit, der Kultur, der Natur, des Tourismus und der Welt der Arbeit.
Ausgehend von der UN-Konvention über die Rechte von Menschen mit Behinderungen, auf die sich die von der Europäischen Kommission 2010 angenommene Europäische Strategie für Menschen mit Behinderungen 2014-2020 bezieht, und als Beitrag zur Verwirklichung der Ziele der UN-Agenda 2030 in Bezug auf die nachhaltige Entwicklung von Gebieten (Ziel 10 und Beitrag zu den Zielen 11 und 8) streben die Partner, die die drei Bereiche vertreten, eine institutionelle Zusammenarbeit an, indem sie integrierte Modelle zur Unterstützung und Förderung der aktiven Teilhabe von Menschen mit Behinderungen entwickeln und austauschen.
Dies wurde dank der Kompetenzen und des Fachwissens der Arbeitsämter der Provinz Belluno und der AULSS n.1 Dolomiti in Bezug auf Modelle der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit, der Arbeitsvermittlung und der Beseitigung sozialer und kultureller Barrieren sowie der GAL RegioL und der Gemeinde Asiago in Bezug auf die Beseitigung physischer Barrieren umgesetzt, um Waren und Dienstleistungen für Menschen mit Behinderungen zugänglich zu machen.
Veneto Lavoro arbeitete als Projektpartner über die CPI in der Provinz Belluno an der Umsetzung von Aktivitäten zur Förderung der sozialen und beruflichen Eingliederung und zur Unterstützung von Menschen mit Behinderungen mit. Insbesondere hat sie aktiv mit dem Lead Partner (AULSS n.1 Dolomiti) zusammengearbeitet, um einen gemeinsamen Prozess mit allen Hauptakteuren der institutionellen, wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Welt des Gebiets einzuleiten und abzuschließen, der darauf abzielt, ein Akkreditierungsmodell für Unternehmen zu entwickeln, die gute und relevante Praktiken der Arbeitsintegration entwickeln.
